Special Times Catering provides you with a complimentary consultation session to assist you with planning the menu for your wedding or special event. We listen to your vision and tastes and create a menu just for you whether it’s based on family secrets or your favorite foods.
We offer many different menu items including: appetizers, main entrees, salads, soups, side dishes, vegetables, breads and desserts. We also offer a variety of ways for the food to be served. You can have your appetizers stationary or butler-served (served on trays by our staff). You can serve your main entrée and side dishes as a buffet, sit-down or family-style dinner. We cater to your specifications.
Our food service includes: Coffee, Gourmet Punch, Lemon Water and Paper Goods. Skirting and putting on linens, decorating of buffet, putting on centerpieces and favors, setting of tables, bussing of tables, serving of buffet, cake, beverages, and champagne, plus cleanup.
