Special Times Catering was established in 1997 by then owner, Mindy Pritchard. With over 25 years of experience in the catering industry, and with at least 4,000 events catered, Mindy trailblazed her way to becoming one of the top caterers in the Butte, Glenn and Tehama County Area. After becoming a Special Times Catering Bride in 2015, Shandi Sweetin, current owner, began working at Special Times as a floor staff member, and day of coordinator. After six years of hands-on experience, and mentoring from one of the best, Shandi was able to purchase the business and continue carrying out Mindy’s legacy.
